Seedless and resistant to frost cracking. An oval tree with a strong central leader. Better branch structure and strength than a silver maple.

Plant Size: 70' tall x 35' wide (23' x 17' in 10 - years)
Growth Habit: Broad and columnar
Growth Rate: Medium to fast. More than 2' per year when young.
Hardiness: Zone 4
Disease/Pest: Young plants susceptible to leafhoppers, cottony maple scale
Normal Leaf Color: Medium green; silver-grey underside
Fall Leaf Color: Scarlet, maroon and some green (color lasts 14-28 days)
Fruit Color: Male flowers with few, if any fruits produced
